Online Marketing Philosophy

Visual Acoustics is our six step project management model. We use this to help guide and manage a successful and efficient development process.

Meet: Our team works closely with you to discuss the overall goals of the project, your target market and your goals for the use of web design, graphic design, or a marketing campaign.

Analyze: Our team begins prioritizing the goals of your project and decides on the best direction to accomplish these goals (branding models, types of logos, types of websites, business cards, pamphlets, letterheads, SEO, email blasts, social media, landing pages, etc.). Web designs and layouts are formulated and graphic designs are brainstormed. Next, the style and content is selected for the design and composition of the graphics is completed.

Pitch: After gathering all of the essential information and prioritizing goals, a rough draft is created and presented to you for approval, updates, and/or changes to any of the deliverables.

Present: A full-scale mock-up of all of the requested materials and/or services is organized and presented to you for final approval.

Create: Final drafts are approved and prepared for delivery, printing or launch.

Publish (and beyond): The process doesn't end with the completion of the project. We feel it is our responsibility to make sure things are functioning as they should, even after we have provided our services. We keep the lines of communication open upon completion of all projects because our clients are important to us.
